Universal Studios
There is no better time to go in a theme park but in off peak season. Our time of visit was perfect, it's a sunny day, small crowd and almost no queue at all from the ticket booth and to the rides. We were at the park from 12noon 'til 7pm and have tried about 80% of the park's rides and amusements. Taking pictures was also great with less people that could mess up your shots. Going to the park, we got off the Harbourfront station and walk through the Vivo City to the Boardwalk. We did not take the monorail to take pictures at the Boardwalk. Park tickets cost S$68 per adult for 1 day non-peak.
Transformers The Ride 3D. One of the most popular attractions, it's a thrill, 3D video ride on a simulator with 3D effects that makes you feel part of the action.
Transformers The Ride
Revenge of the Mummy - The Ride. For me, this is better that the Transformers, don't miss this. It's a horror ride, you get into a coaster, the ride starts with fast acceleration into darkness followed with heart-pounding and frightening special effects awaits you at every turn. You cannot bring anything inside, even pockets should be empty, lockers are provided free for 30 minutes.
Revenge of the Mummy Ride
Battlestar Galactica Cylon. This is the baddest roller coaster ride I have ever been on. It's a suspended roller coaster on the blue track and runs at the same time with Human on the red track. Cylon has different maneuvers like rolls, corkscrews, loops with a plunge of 5 meters deep. You cannot also bring anything inside, put everything in the locker.
Cylon Photo - S$20
Battlestar Galactica Human. This is a seated coaster that runs on the red track. This one has no inversions but you get more G-force experience than Cylon. Also leave your things in the locker.
Human Photo - S$20
Madagascar - A Crate Adventure. An indoor river boat ride.
Madagascar Boat Ride
Enchanted Airways. A short family outdoor roller coaster ride in Far Far Away section.

Today, we went to some of the attractions on the city like the Fountian of Wealth at Suntec City, The Merlion at Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay. All of them are accessible by trains.
Fountain of Wealth at Suntec City. The largest fountain in the world. At times, the fountain is turned off for visitors to walk around a small fountain at the base to collect coins and touch the water for good luck. Nearest stations are Promenade and Esplanade of the yellow line.
Touching the water.
Fountain of Wealth
The Merlion. An iconic tourist attraction in the bay area, a statue with a head of a lion and a body of a fish. The nearest station is Raffles Place and about 15 to 20 minutes.
Merlion Park
Gardens by the Bay. It is a reclaimed land to enhance the greenery of the city. You can notice immediately here some prominent structures like the Flora Garden, the two domes with white grids, and the Supertree Gloves, the towering gardens with skyway and a restaurant at the middle tower. The nearest station is Bayfront of the Circle line and about 20 to 30 minutes walk through MBS.

Arrived from Phuket at 1am.
At noon, we went to Raffles City to redeem my 3 Day Combination F1 tickets purchased online. Went home, prepared Jona's things for her flight back to Manila in the afternoon. She needs to go back ahead of me to take care of the business.

From the airport, I head straight to Marina Bay for my first F1 experience. My first day ticket is for the first qualifying event and my zone is at the Bay Grandstand, a section of the race track beside the bay and with the view of Singapore skyline and the Marina Bay Sands.

This is the 2nd day of my F1 experience and it is for the second qualifying event and my zone is at Turn 1. This is one of the best places around the track because at this turn the cars slows down to see them clearly and for longer period and it is where the exit of the pit stop is located. Turn 1 is also exciting because of better opportunity for the drivers to overtake happening in front of you.

Met my cousin Dennis who works there, we exchange some pasalubong and chatted for a while.
This is the 3rd day of my F1 experience and it is the race day. Drivers compete for points and a place on the podium. This is Padang Grandstand, probably the less thrilling grandstand among the three I have been in terms of view and track activity. Just like my Bay Grandstand without the majestic view of the bay area. A grandstand with a straight track in front of you where cars pass by and gone in a second, a view of the Supreme Court and City Hall buildings, with large monitors for you to keep track of the race.
