This is my brother's honeymoon.  I don't know why we're in this trip, let's just say, me and my mom's honeymoon also...:)  We stayed at my mom's friend's rest house which is now the Panglao Kalikasan Dive Resort.  This is a resort on a cliff, you have to go down by the stairs to enjoy the clear waters and the corals.  Perfect for snorkeling.  If you want a sandy beach you have to go out of the resort and on to a public beach.
