Trip Notes
- Taxi from airport to city proper is around P100. Lots of rip off taxi drivers.
- River tubing and water rafting is operated by Great White Water Rafting.
- Water rafting and River tubing cost P1000 per pax for each activity. It's a half day activity with hotel pick up and drop off with buffet lunch.
- They provide photographers, just give them your cameras to cover your experience so you don't have to pay expensive photos and video souvenirs in USBs, CDs or prints. It will be recorded directly to your camera.
- Don't get confused with Cagayan, which is in Luzon. Cagayan de Oro is in Mindanao.
- We went also to Camiguin Island as our side trip.

On November 23, we went to Camiguin Island for our side trip. We returned to Cagayan de Oro on November 25 for an overnight stay at Grand City Hotel and then head to Boracay.
